Holding at Camp 2

Strong winds higher on the mountain have us holding at Camp 2. We have been here two nights and expect to be here a couple more as we wait for the weather to stabilize.

Current weather forecasts have us targeting a departure from Camp 2 on May 15 or 16 with a summit date between May 18-20.  We are in position and ready to take advantage of a summit window as soon as it presents itself.

Though we are all ready to make the final push to the summit, these extra days at Camp 2 will allow us to further acclimatize, rest and recover and should prove beneficial on summit day.

Thanks for following along.

Namaste.
